Shutting Down the Tuxedo Domain


Perform the following task to shut down all administrative and application servers in the Tuxedo domain.

Before you begin

Ensure that you have completed the following items:

  • Installed the PATROL Agent and Console and have them running
  • Loaded and configured the PATROL for Oracle Tuxedo

To Shut Down All Tuxedo Domains

  1. Right-click the BEATUX_SYSTEM application icon
  2. Choose KM Commands > Admin > Shutdown Domain.
     The Shutdown Domain dialog box appears.

    Warning

    Note

    If the Tuxedo BBL is shut down, the status of the DBBL cannot be obtained from the Tuxedo MIB nor from the tmadmin command.

  3. Select the system components that you want stopped.
  4. Click OK.
