Forcing IPC Cleanup

 Perform the following task to force the Tuxedo system to shut down.

This option forces a shutdown by cleaning all IPC resources, so it should be used only as a last resort.

Before you begin

Ensure that you have completed the following items:

  • Installed the PATROL Agent and Console and have them running
  • Loaded and configured the PATROL for Oracle Tuxedo

To Force IPC Cleanup

  1. Right-click the BEATUX_SYSTEM application icon.
  2. Choose KM Commands > Admin > Force IPC Cleanup.
     A Warning dialog box appears.

  3. Click Accept.
