Changing the Service State


 Perform the following task to change the service state of Tuxedo.

Before you begin

Ensure that you have completed the following items:

  • Installed the PATROL Agent and Console and have them running
  • Loaded and configured the PATROL for Oracle Tuxedo

To Change Service State

  1. Right-click the BEATUX_SYSTEM application icon.
  2. Choose KM Commands > Admin > Change Service State.
     The Change Service State dialog box appears.

    Warning

    Note

    If the message "No service information available" appears, no services have been configured in your Tuxedo system.

  3. Highlight the services that you want changed.
  4. Select the service state that you want by using the pull-down menu.
  5. Click OK.
