Setting the Service Time Out Interval


Perform the following task to limit the amount of time in which a service must complete a request.

Before you begin

Ensure that you have completed the following items:

  • Installed the PATROL Agent and Console and have them running
  • Loaded and configured the PATROL KM for Tuxedo

To Set the Service Time Out Interval

  1. Right-click the BEATUX_SERVICE application icon.
  2. Choose KM Commands > Update Service Time Out.

    The Update Service Time Out dialog box appears.
  3. Type the maximum number of seconds that a service can run before the request is cancelled.
  4. Click OK.
