Setting the Service Time Out Interval
Perform the following task to limit the amount of time in which a service must complete a request.
Before you begin
Ensure that you have completed the following items:
- Installed the PATROL Agent and Console and have them running
- Loaded and configured the PATROL KM for Tuxedo
To Set the Service Time Out Interval
- Right-click the BEATUX_SERVICE application icon.
- Choose KM Commands > Update Service Time Out.
The Update Service Time Out dialog box appears. - Type the maximum number of seconds that a service can run before the request is cancelled.
- Click OK.
