Monitoring Server Queues


Perform the following task to select which server queues you want to monitor.

Before you begin

 

Ensure that you have completed the following items:

  • Installed the PATROL Agent and Console and have them running
  • Loaded and configured the PATROL KM for Tuxedo

To Monitor a Server Queue

  1. Right-click the BEATUX_MACHINE application icon.
  2. Choose KM Commands > Server Queue Monitoring.
     The Server Queue Monitoring Selection dialog box appears. Server queues listed in the left pane are those that can be monitored. Server queues listed in the right pane are currently being monitored.

  3. Highlight a server queue in the left panel.
  4. Click Add under ACTION to add the highlighted server queue to the list of monitored server queues.
  5. Click Accept.

To Stop Monitoring a Server Queue

  1. Right-click the BEATUX_MACHINE application icon, and choose KM Commands > Server Queue Monitoring.
     The Server Queue Monitoring Selection dialog box appears.
  2. Highlight a currently registered queue name from the right panel.
  3. Click Remove under ACTION.
  4. Click Accept.
