Central Monitoring Administration

a: 64-bit Tuxedo binaries are supported on 64-bit AIX, HP, and Solaris platforms for versions of Tuxedo that have 64-bit binaries.
b: Supports stated versions of Tuxedo when installed as part of Oracle WebLogic Enterprise (WLE); for example, this PATROL product monitors Tuxedo 8.0 within WLE 6.1 or Tuxedo
6.5 within WLE 5.1. Ensure that you have applied the most recent Tuxedo patch level.

IPC Resources

PATROL for Oracle Tuxedo Collector (the PATCOL application) operates as a special Tuxedo administrative client application. The IPC resources used by PATCOL at each Tuxedo system can be calculated by adding the number of expected registered KM instances (typically 1) to MSGMNI when setting IPC resources. The MAXACCESSORS field in the Tuxedo configuration file must also be adjusted to account for the additional PATCOL application. If more than one Tuxedo instance is registered from either the same PATROL Agent or a different Agent, those clients must be added as well.
