Create Queue Space dialog box


Use this dialog box to create a queue space on the Tuxedo servers.

Description

Device Name

Select from the pull-down list the location of the device for this queue space

Queue Space Name

Enter the name you wish to assign this queue space

IPC Key

Enter the IPC key used to get queue space shared memory

Queue Size

Enter the number of disk pages this queue space will occupy

Enter the maximum number of queues this queue space may contain

  1. of Transactions in Queue

Enter the maximum number of transactions this queue space may contain

  1. of Concurrent Processes

Enter the maximum number of concurrent processes this queue space may contain

  1. of Messages in Q Space

Enter the maximum number of messages this queue space may contain

Error Queue Name

Enter the name of the error queue for this queue space

Initialize Extents

Enter y to initialize (format) the disk extents to be used for this queue space. Leave the default n if you do not wish to initialize the extents

Blocking Factor

Enter the blocking factor used for disk space management of the queue space
