Average Dispatcher Queue Wait Time (QueueWaitTime)
The QueueWaitTime parameter reports average queue wait over the previous polling interval. The parameter gives the wait times for dispatcher queues, not COMMON or OUTBOUND queues. The annotation for this parameter reports the dispatcher, dispatchers in the queue, the wait for each dispatcher, and the total queue.
