Redo Log Wait (RedoWaitRatio)
The RedoWaitRatio parameter reports the ratio of redo log space requests to the total redo log entries for the last interval. Any non-zero value for this parameter indicates that the instance is having to wait for the redo log writer and either the log buffer is too small or writes to the redo log cannot take place quickly enough, possibly because of a device or channel overload. The annotation for this parameter reports all the delta values that were used to calculate the values for the current polling interval.
