Parse Call Ratio (ParseCallRatio)
The ParseCallRatio parameter shows the percentage of user calls which are parse calls. This provides a measure of how well applications are keeping track of parsed cursors, but is relevant for repetitive batch or OLTP processing. In any form of bulk query processing the number of fetches per cursor will drive the ratio to high values, but the measure is still useful as an indicator of a changing workload.
