Announcement Support for this product will end on December 22, 2025. To monitor Oracle databases, we recommend that you use PATROL for Oracle Enterprise Database.

Oracle Listeners

This monitoring profile helps you monitor the following resources related to the Oracle database. Each of the resources in the following list is a monitor type that contains attributes. These attributes in turn monitor the performance of the various resources.

  • Oracle Listeners - monitors Oracle RAC listeners (SCAN and MGMT) and standalone listeners. Before you can monitor a listener, you must configure the specific listener in this monitor type.  
  • Oracle Listeners Global Configuration - filters listeners, services, and listener log monitoring keywords for all listeners.
