Support for Keystone API version 3

PATROL for OpenStack now supports Keystone API version 3. For more information, see Configuring-Keystone-API-v3-monitor-type.

Updates to the OpenStack Environment (OPENSTACK_ENVIRONMENT) class

In the OpenStack Environment (OPENSTACK_ENVIRONMENT) class, the Environment availability attribute is removed and the following attributes are renamed:

Old name	New name
Read time from collector channel	Monitored data time
Number of KB sent for collector	Monitored data size
