Importing a KM

You would either install the repository or an individual KM as a single solution. If you are a new user of TrueSight, you can import the repository that contains all KMs. However, if you have already installed and configured it, you can import a new KM.

To import a KM

  1. Go to Repository > Manage Repository.
  2. Click Import.
  3. In the Import a New Solution dialog box, either select Single solution or Full Repository.
  4. Browse the downloaded KM or repository file.
  5. Click Import.
    The selected file is imported to the existing repository or the repository is imported to TrueSight. You can close the window during the import process.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
