DHCP Scope (NT_DHCP_SCOPE)

This application class allows you to monitor servers that are running the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) service within the domain.

After the NT_DHCP class is discovered for each Microsoft Windows Server that has the DHCP service installed and enabled, an instance of the NT_DHCP_SCOPE class is created for each scope that may be defined within DHCP.

Note

The DHCP Scope monitor type in BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management is referred as the NT_DHCP_SCOPE application class in BMC PATROL.
