Accessing an application container

For information about how to access an application container from a particular console, click the appropriate link:

PATROL Central Operator – Windows Edition
  1. In the navigation pane, expand the appropriate managed system. 
  2. If necessary, expand an application class in the list of application classes. 
PATROL Console for Microsoft Windows

Use one of the following methods to access an application class:

  • In the Desktop tree tab, expand the appropriate computer class and select the application class that you want from the displayed list of application classes.
  • In the work area, double-click the appropriate computer class and select the application class in the new window that opens.
PATROL Console for UNIX

In the work area, double-click the appropriate computer class and select the application class in the new window that opens. 

PATROL Central Operator – Web Edition

In the tree view area, expand the appropriate managed system, and then select the application class that you want from the displayed list of application classes.
