LDAP Global Catalog Response Time (AdLdGcResponseTime)

Reports the amount of time required to issue an LDAP bind operation and perform a small search on a global catalog server using the global catalog port, 3268.

The collection schedule for the AdLdGcResponseTime parameter is kept internally. You can change the collection schedule by modifying the following pconfig variable: /ActiveDirectory/Configuration/LdapGcConnStatusSched

The default value is 3600 seconds or 1 hour.

Note

The LDAP Global Catalog Response Time attribute in BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management is referred as the AdLdGcResponseTime parameter in BMC PATROL.
