MSMQ Service Status (Up or Down) (MqStatus)

Displays the status of the MSMQ service, in the following way:

  • The collector determines whether or not the MSMQ service is running.
  • If the MSMQ service is not running, then the parameter is placed in an alarm state and no attempt will be made to restart the MSMQ service.

Note

The MSMQ Service Status (Up or Down) attribute in BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management is referred as the MqStatus parameter in BMC PATROL.

For information about how to access a parameter, see Accessing a parameter.
