Accessing graphical parameter data


For information about how to access graphical parameter data from a particular console, click the appropriate link:

PATROL Central Operator – Windows Edition
  1. In the navigation pane, expand the appropriate managed system and application class
  2. Double-click the parameter icon. 
PATROL Console for Microsoft Windows

Use one of the following methods:

  • In the Desktop tree tab
    1. Expand the appropriate application class, and then select the parameter that you want from the displayed list of parameters.
    2.  Double-click the parameter icon. 
  • In the work area
    1. Double-click the appropriate application class, and then select the parameter in the new window that opens.
    2.  Double-click the parameter icon.
PATROL Console for UNIX
  1. In the work area, double-click the appropriate application class, and then select the parameter in the new window that opens. 
  2. Double-click the parameter icon.
PATROL Central Operator – Web Edition
  1. In the tree view area, expand the appropriate managed system.
    PATROL lists the top-level application classes that are running on the system.
  2. Expand the appropriate application class or instance. 
    PATROL displays the parameters for that application class or instance.
  3. Select the parameter that you want from the displayed list of parameters.
