Configuring Registry


This topic provides information about configuring the Windows registry.

On the Add Monitoring Configuration window, set the following preferences:

Monitoring Solution

Monitor Profile

Monitor Type

Microsoft Windows Servers

System Performance

Operating System

Registry

Provide the following details:

Registry Value Configuration

Click Add to add the registry key that you want to monitor.

Registry Key

Specify the registry key that you want to monitor. For example: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sample.

Value

Specify the registry key value that you want to monitor.

When you click OK, you get a list of registry key in the Registry Value Configuration section. When you click the three dots beside the registry name, you get the options to edit, delete, and clone the registry.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
