RIDLockRequestWaitPercent
Displays the percentage of row ID (RID) lock requests that required a caller to wait. To calculate the value of this parameter, the LocksColl collector parameter uses the SQL Server Lock Waits/sec and Lock Requests/sec performance counters for the RID instance.
