Using the Exclude SQLAgents Jobs by Names from Monitoring dialog box


The Exclude SQLAgent jobs by Names from Monitoring dialog box enables you to exclude the SQL Server Agent jobs from monitoring by job names. This alert helps the user to monitor only those job categories that are critical and exclude the non-critical job failures.

  1. Choose Exclude SQLAgent jobs by Jobnames from the KM commands for the Availability application class.
  2. From the Select Job names list box, select the SQLAgent job category that you want to exclude from monitoring.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Click Accept.
  5. Click Done.

To remove the logins:

  1. From the Excluded Job names list box, select the job that you want to remove.
  2. Click Remove.
  3. Click Accept.
  4. Click Done.
