Using the ARA Testing dialog box
The ARA Test dialog box enables you to verify that the ARA functions selected in the ARA Default Actions dialog box are performed correctly.
Selecting OK in the ARA Test dialog box causes PATROL to perform the following actions:
- Forces the ARATest parameter into an alarm state.
- Executes the ARA recovery actions for the ARATest parameter only.
- Waits ten seconds.
- Resets the ARATest parameter to an OK state.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
