Stopping the information events in the local monitoring

By default, the Exchange Local monitoring profile generates various information events that may be irrelevant to many of the users.

To avoid those Information events getting generated, perform the following steps:

  1. Upgrade the Microsoft Exchange server KM to the 6.1.10 patch version.

  2. In the TrueSight policy, add the following configuration variables with the value 0.

    "/MSEXCHSetup/GenerateInfoEvent"
    "/MSEXCHSetup/RunDeployer"
    "/MSEXCHSetup/shouldWeDoE2EMaintenance"
    "/MSEXCHSetup/shouldWeDoMapiMaintenance"

  3. Restart the PATROL Agent.
