MAPI-based collection is not working
Parameters are displaying a value of zero when they are active and should be displaying data. The system output window displays error messages in the 3000 range.
There are no instances of the Top Mailboxes or Top Folders application classes within their respective container application classes.
Affected parameters are as follows:
- Server Performance/PrivateFolders
- Server Performance/PublicFolders
- Server Performance/MaxFolderMsgs
- Server Performance/ServerMsgSize
- Server Performance/ServerMsgs
The following table gives the cause of error:
Cause | Solution |

Exchange Mailbox account doesn't exist on the Exchange Server. | Reconfigure the account mailbox. |
The account associated with Server_BMC does not have the required rights. | Assign the required permissions manually to the account. |
The server_BMC account has been disabled by the operating system. | Open the Active Directory Users and Computers program; go to the Account folder tab; go to the Account is not locked out field; if there is a check mark, uncheck it |
IS Service is down | Restart this service If none of the above, turn on MDEBUG, and call BMC Software Support. |
