User Response

Delete and manually create the server_BMC mailbox for use by PATROL for Exchange Servers.

After deleting the mailbox from Active Directory use the Exchange System Manager to complete the deletion process of the server_BMC mailbox. Right-click on the appropriate mailbox store, and choose the Cleanup Agent menu command. Next, on the right pane of the System Manager window, locate the server_BMC mailbox (marked with a red x) on the Exchange System Manager window. Right click on the server_BMC mailbox, and choose Purge.
To expedite this process, you restart the agent. Otherwise, wait for one or two discovery cycles for your changes to take effect.

If the above actions do not work, enable trace options for product components. Let the product run for one hour. Send the resulting ddebugdate.txt file to BMC Software support.
