Explanation

The Exchange KM account is not a member of one or more of the following groups:

  • Member of the local Administrators group
  • Exchange View Only Administrator role
  • Administer information store priviledge

System Action

Monitoring continues, except for Storage Groups discovery on Exchange 2007 because PATROL for Exchange Servers cannot obtain a list of the servers in the site via Ldap.
