Error message #2147487760
If you are using a non-English version of the Exchange Administrator program on your Exchange Server machine, PATROL displays an error message (error code #2147487760) when you load PATROL for Exchange Servers.
Most likely cause:
PATROL has not created the mailbox it requires on the Exchange Server.
Solution:
You must edit the registry as described below so that PATROL can create the mailboxes.
- Stop the PATROL Agent on the affected Exchange Server.
- Start the registry editor (regedit).
- Navigate to HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange\MSExchangeAdminCommon.
- Right-click MSExchangeAdminCommon > New > DWORD Value.
- In the new field, type AdminLangID.
- Right click AdminLangID > Modify.
- In the Edit DWORD Value dialog box choose the Hexadecimal radio button in the Base section and enter a value of 409 in the Value data field.
- Navigate to HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\SOFTWARE\Microsft\Exchange\MSExchangeAdminCommon.
- Verify that the ANGAutotextFormat and DNGAutotextFormat fields contain the values:%First%1Lastand%First %Last (make sure to include a space between "t" and "%")
- If necessary, modify the values in the fields. Right click on either field and choose Modify. Then type the correct values in the field.
- Restart the PATROL Agent.
- Update your connection to the PATROL Agent.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
