Storage Group (Storage Group)

The instanceNamesOfStorageGroups application class (MSEXCH_Storage_Group) acts as a container for the database instances associated with the storage group. These databases are monitored by the instanceNameOfMailboxStores and instanceNamesOfPublicFolderStores application classes. This application class is available only with MSEXCH_Server_2K7.kml.  

To access an instanceNamesOfStorageGroups application class instance, open the Storage Groups application class.

Note

The Storage Group monitor type in BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management is referred as the Storage Group application class in BMC PATROL.
