Modifying and deleting already configured Exchange Servers


This section how to modify and delete configured Exchange Servers. 

Modifying already configured Exchange Servers

Use this task to modify existing exchange servers.

  1. Access the Remote Exchange application class menu as described in Accessing-KM-Menu-Commands.
  2. Choose Configuration > Exchange Server Setup menu command to display the Configured-Exchange-Servers-dialog-box.
  3. To modify existing exchange Servers, select the Exchange Servers that you want to modify, from the list displayed in the Configured Exchange Servers box.
  4. Click Modify and then click Accept to display the Modify-Exchange-Servers-dialog-box.
  5. Enter the user name and the password for connecting to the Exchange Servers 2010 or 2013.

    For Exchange Servers 2007, you must have already set a common user name and password while adding new Exchange Servers 2007.
  6. Click Apply.
  7. Repeat step 2 to step 6 to modify additional Exchange Servers.

If you selected a single Exchange Server in step 3, you also have the option of performing Automatic Discovery while modifying the selected Exchange Server. For more information on Automatic discovery, see Automatic discovery of additional Exchange Servers.

Deleting already configured Exchange Servers

Use this task to delete existing Exchange Servers.

  1. Access the Remote Exchange application class menu as described in .
  2. Choose Configuration > Exchange Server Setup menu command to display the Configured-Exchange-Servers-dialog-box.
  3. Select the Exchange Servers that you want to delete, from the list displayed in the Configured Exchange Servers box.
  4. Click Delete and then click Accept.
  5. Click OK to confirm your action.
