InstanceNamesOfTopMailboxes menu

Admin menu commands are executed in the context of the console account. If your console account does not have the required rights, a error message is displayed, and the command fails.

Menu command

Description

Admin

Displays a submenu that allows you to work with Exchange administrative functions

Admin > Change Quota Settings

Displays a dialog that you can use to change the following quota settings for the mailbox:

  • Issue Warning Quota Limit
  • Prohibit Send Quota Limit
  • Prohibit Send and Receive Quota Limit

PATROL Admin

Displays a submenu that accesses PATROL for Exchange servers configuration options

PATROL Admin > Add User to Watch List

Allows you to select a user to add to the watched users list

PATROL Admin > Configure Top Mailboxes

Displays a dialog that you can use to configure the monitoring of top mailboxes

Refresh Parameters

Updates the parameter values
