Add Users to the Watch List dialog box

Use this dialog box to select specific users that you want to monitor for mail usage. For any user in the private Information Store, you can monitor the following information:

  • Number of messages in the user mailbox
  • The size of the messages in the user mailbox
  • The number of messages sent and received by the user
  • Whether the user has reached his or her send or receive limit

Note

 If you want to monitor users who have been added to the Information Store since the last cache update, you must update the user data cache manually. See  Updating the user data cache for more information.

Accept

Click to apply your changes.

Cancel

Click to close the dialog box without saving your changes.
