Top Mailboxes (MSEXCH_Top_Mailboxes)

The instanceNamesOfTopMailboxes  application class (MSEXCH_Top_Mailboxes) monitors the top resource-consuming private folders (mailboxes). You can determine the top mailboxes by either the number of messages in the mailbox or the total size of the messages in the mailbox.  When PATROL for Exchange Servers creates an instance of this application class, it uses the display name from Exchange as the icon display name.

If PATROL for Exchange Servers cannot obtain the display name, the alias name is displayed instead. This application class is available only with MSEXCH_Server_2K7.kml.

To access an instanceNamesOfTopMailboxes application class instance, open the Top Mailboxes application class.

Note

The Top Mailboxes monitor type in BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management is referred as the MSEXCH_Top_Mailboxe application class in BMC PATROL.
