Defining parameters for a file share resource-type

This topic provides instructions for defining parameters for a file share resource-type.

Note

To perform this task, you must use an account that is within the domain and has cluster administration privileges.

To define parameter dependencies for a file share

  1. Access the application class menu of the file share for which you want to define parameter properties as described in Accessing KM menu commands.
  2. Choose the Resource Admin > Properties > Parameters menu command to display the Define Parameters for a File Share dialog box.
  3. Fill out the dialog box as described in the Using the define parameters for a file share dialog box topic.
