Administrator
Administrators are responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining the PATROL for Microsoft Azure KM implementation.
Some of the tasks executed by an Administrator are:
Install and upgrade the product
Create Azure users and applications
Create and assign roles and access groups to users
End Users of PATROL for Microsoft Azure can represent a variety of different roles, such as IT Operations user, Technology Specialist, and Solution Administrator.
They usually do not execute tasks on PATROL for Microsoft Azure, but rather access and consume results of the KM, such as PATROL for Microsoft Azure reports or graphs.
