PMGDEBUG application class menu commands

The PMGDEBUG application class has three menu commands that debug and collect reader logs of PATROL LogSpring and PATROL KM for Log Management 1.0 data to a PATROL KM for Log Management 2.x compatible format. For information on how to access application class menus, refer to Accessing KM Menu Commands. See also, Migrating-data-from-version-1-x-to-2-x.
