Configure Log Monitoring Blackout dialog box

The Configure Log Monitoring Blackout dialog box allows you to manually prevent the KM from generating events for a file for a specified period of time. This dialog box is displayed when you select Configure Log Monitoring Blackout from the Advanced Feature submenu of the LOGT application class menu. Number of minutes before next Alert is generated

Enter the number of minutes to wait before generating the next alert.

Override if errors exceed count

Select this check box if you want to enter a number of matches that must occur during the blackout before the KM overrides the blackout and goes into alert.

Note

The Override if errors exceed count check box is not available if you are monitoring an XML instance.
