Add Instance dialog box

With the Add Instance dialog box, you can add new files to monitor. To access this dialog box, select Add Instance from the LOG application class menu. For more information about accessing application class menus, see Accessing KM menu commands.

Enter Label for New File to be Added

Enter a label for the file that you want to begin monitoring.
Note: The log file label or name cannot exceed 50 characters and it cannot contain spaces.

Accept

Click this button to accept the instance and display the Add-File-for-Label-instanceName-dialog-box. This allows you to add a file to the list of monitored files.

Cancel

Click this button to close the dialog box.
