Improve disk monitoring by using Persistent disk instances

Use the Persistent disk instances option to improve disk monitoring across server restarts. This capability enables consistency in monitoring disk metrics by assigning them a unique identifier. It prevents the metrics from being incorrectly reported during a system restart. For more information, see Configuring Disks.
