  • BMC Helix Operations Management:
    • PATROL Agent version: 20.08 and above
    • PATROL Installation Utility version: 20.02 and above
  • For TrueSight Operations Management:
    • PATROL Agent version: 11.3 and above
    • PATROL Installation Utility version: 11.3 and above

Java Runtime Environment (JRE)

Supports any of the following Java versions:

  • Oracle Java 8.x
  • OpenJDK 8.x
  • OpenJDK 11.x
  • OpenJDK 1.8
