General issues
To help BMC Support to help you faster, gather the following information about the issue.
Collect the following information before contacting customer support:
- InetClient.log – printouts of non-secure connections activity
- INETSSLExtended.log - printouts of secure connections activity
- ism-<PATROL_HOSTNAME>-<PATROL_PORT>.kmlog - printouts of PATROL for Internet Server general activity
The log files are generated in the $PATROL_HOME/log directory.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
