Response Time for the DNS Record Request (dnsCheckResponseTime)
The dnsCheckResponseTime parameter indicates the amount of time in milliseconds for the query to complete with a successful response. If the query returns an unexpected reply, this Consumer parameter is still populated. If there is No reply from the DNS server, this parameter is not populated.
