Shutting down a local server

This section describes how to use BMC PATROL for Internet Servers to shut down a local server.

  1. Access the menu commands for the server instance.
  2. Select Admin > Shutdown from the menu.
  3. Verify the shutdown command that is displayed in the dialog box.
  4. Click Accept to execute the shutdown command.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
