Downloading the installation files

This topic explains how to obtain the installation and other files needed to install BMC PATROL for IBM DB2.

List of installation files

The following table lists product files per platform available on EPD for BMC PATROL for IBM DB2.

To download the required patch, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Patches tab.
  2. Select the appropriate patch entry. Two packages are available:
    • A Windows package is provided in .zip format
    • A Linux package is provided in .tar format
  3. Download the package for your operating system.
  4. After the download is complete, the files will appear as:
    • PSO_ALL_9704.zip
    • PSO_ALL_9704.tar

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
