Application classes and icons
Application classes group together various categories of data in BMC PATROL Knowledge Modules(KMs) and provide functionality in the form of parameters, menu commands, and InfoBoxes. BMC PATROL for Entuity Network Monitor contains the following application classes:

A Device instance is created for each discovered device. The instances are displayed under the relevant device type container, under the relevant Entuity server. | ||
A single instance of the Entuity application class is created, it represents the BMC PATROL for Entuity Network Monitor Knowledge Modules. It is the container for all application classes. | ||
Container for all discovered instances of Ethernet switches that are monitored by the configured Entuity server. | ||
An Entuity server account instance is created for each configured Entuity server account. | ||
