Deleting an SQL Viewer
Use this task to drop one or more SQL Viewers that you select from a list of viewers associated with a database. This action removes the viewer and all associated data (not previously saved to a file) collected by the viewer.
- Right-click on the SQL_VIEWER icon and select Drop SQL Viewer.
- Select one or more SQL Viewers to delete.
- Click OK.
If the viewer selected is an active viewer (it has been started and is actively collecting data), a dialog box opens, asking if you want to force the deletion of the viewer. - If you do not want to force the deletion, click Cancel to abort the operation. If you want to force the deletion of an active viewer, click Force.
- View the confirmation message and click OK.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
