Running reports

PATROL for DB2 UDB gathers snapshot information about the DB2 objects that it is monitoring. This snapshot information is available in statistical reports that you generate and then display through the PATROL output window. You can view or print these reports to analyze events and conditions occurring on your DB2 servers.

PATROL for DB2 UDB has two types of reports: general information reports and summary reports. The summary reports are available only in the DB2 UDB EEE component.

Additionally, some parameters provide report information that you access through the annotated data point in the parameter's graph. See PATROL for DB2 Universal Database parameters for the parameters that are annotated.

Note

Ensure that the appropriate DB2 monitor switch is activated for the report information that you want to receive.
