Updating DB2 monitor switches
The DB2 monitor switches activate and regulate the collection activities of a number of the parameters in PATROL for DB2 UDB. Some parameter statistics will not be collected and some report information will not be available unless the appropriate monitor switch is activated.
To update DB2 monitor switches or counters from within the PATROL console, right-click on the DB2 EEE instance icon and select the following commands from the DB2 Monitor Administration menu:
- Reset Monitor
- Update Monitor Switches
- Query Monitor Switches
