Performing ad hoc queries in a database


In the PATROL console, you can run SQL queries against a database by using the SQL Processor command.

  1. Right-click on the database icon and select SQLProcessor.
  2. Select one of the following options:
    • Commit
    • Rollback
    • Process SQL Statement
  3. If you select Process SQL Statement, enter a valid SQL statement.
  4. Click OK to execute the task.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
