Removing an instance from monitoring

In PATROL for DB2 UDB, you can remove a DB2 instance from monitoring. Use this task to remove instances from monitoring.

To remove a DB2 instance from monitoring

1. Right-click the DB2_SETUP icon to display the menu.
2. select KM Commands > Configuration >Configure Default accounts.
3. In the Configure Default Accounts window, select instances that uses the default account.
4. Select the Remove option button.
5. Select appropriate option from the following:
   • Select the Monitoring User Information check box.
   • Select the Menu Commands User Information check box.
6. Click the OK button.
