DB2ServerOK (DB2_PARAM)


Indicates the state of the DB2 main server process; optionally notifies a user when this process is terminated. Indicates the state of the database manager. This parameter notifies a user when the DB2 server process terminates, when the DB2ServerOK alarm is configured in the SETUP menu. You can also configure server recovery on alarm.

By default the DB2ServerOK parameter takes no action until recovery actions are configured.

Possible values are as follows:

0 -- DB2 server stopped

1 -- DB2 server running

2 -- DB2 server restarted
